Catching up!

Here are a bunch of photos that I failed to post in the last couple of months. Some old, some new, you will see Brandi Carlile (I got to shoot her concert and backstage, thank you Portland Music Spectator Magazine!), some senior photos, and one of me I snuck in. This post shows diversity and some of the different styles I produce. This post is dedicated to FLAYVA!

A survivor

Patricia contacted me because she had not had any pictures of her and her sons for about 10 years, and recently won a battle with breast cancer. I really love how you can see their personalities in the photos. They were so much fun to shoot!

For your viewing pleasure...

This post is dedicated to inspire you. As you're viewing this my goal is to give you some varied flavors of the kind of work I can do, and get your wheels turning. Get inspired and grab some ideas and if you would like a shoot with me you can reference some of these styles if you like.

Jamaica & Steve

A few snapshots from a recent wedding. TIP OF THE DAY: Timing is everything. I was unable to get great outdoor shots of this wedding party on the beautiful golf course because it got dark. They were running very late. Allow your photographer 30 mins before the ceremony and 60 mins after for portrait sittings.

The ceremony was indoors and very dimly lit, resembling candlelight. But It was a beautiful wedding, great people, and great food! They did everything themselves. It was a very pretty homemade wedding :)

Anniversary

A wonderful couple I had the pleasure of working with on their anniversary. Happy Anniversary Monica & Steve!! Shots were taken down off Naito parkway by the river in Portland.
