A few snapshots from a recent wedding. TIP OF THE DAY: Timing is everything. I was unable to get great outdoor shots of this wedding party on the beautiful golf course because it got dark. They were running very late. Allow your photographer 30 mins before the ceremony and 60 mins after for portrait sittings.

The ceremony was indoors and very dimly lit, resembling candlelight. But It was a beautiful wedding, great people, and great food! They did everything themselves. It was a very pretty homemade wedding :)

Anniversary

A wonderful couple I had the pleasure of working with on their anniversary. Happy Anniversary Monica & Steve!! Shots were taken down off Naito parkway by the river in Portland.

I'm going to take this first entry and introduce myself, my family, and at the same time, my photography. My name is Sarah Andrews and I've always loved taking pictures and creating all kinds of art. They say that if you do something you love for a living, you'll never work a day in your life! So this is my attempt at that very thing.

The photos in this post are of myself and my kids, Romie and Dakotah. Some of my best subjects in motion! I love to capture people playing and being silly.

I have lots of stories to tell through photos. I will do my best to update my blog every day!
